Hey @maxis need your immediate attention to fix this.

I m literally losing my customers cause your system is masking the missed call numbers.

They asked why i can't retrieve my missed call records.

I can't help but telling them I am using maxis

Don't your IT department feel weired when implementing this?

I thought should be in full number?

I tell you 1 trick. If you want to have the unmasked full number, turn on Voicemail and missed call notification. If you only turn on the missed call notification, it will masked the numbers.
I did a complaint before, and was told it is MCMC's requirement to not have phone numbers in SMS, but strangely missed call notification can show the full number if voicemail is enable.
