Normally outstation people who work in KL thinks BJ is a premium area.. Locals don't even bother with that location.

This is definitely the worst time to buy a property there

Super premium price and condos spouting everywhere

Bukit Jalil is oversupply!

Property agents remain optimistic because they are betting on the long term outlook—beyond 10 years.

In other words, for short or midterm buyers, it is indeed oversupplied

I wonder how is it not over supply... basically every single parcel of land is developed to high rise.
and beware... there are still many green pockets... wait la- they will turn into new projects as well...

either marked as latest premium project, or last project.
Enjoy and have fun, doubt market can adsorb liao.....

in the end - the investor need to reduce rental and hope to cover a portion of the installment.
this also affect rental market of other area as well, when price at BJ drop. in the end GG for all.

but is this a bad thing? may be not- it is reverse of what is happening in HK and SG. just hope we can at least have enough the maintain the condition/hygiene of the condo la.
Traffic ka... no choice lo- have to pay the price, in time

of course, some say it is near to KL......

Probably the one i like are those connected to the Pavilion mall. If need to drive out... then meh.

Personally I also don’t quite like the location

Sandwiched between Puchong, Sri Kembangan, Old Klang Road and OUG

All the surrounding neighbourhoods also not my cup of tea 😅 so it’s only natural that I don’t quite like this area as well, due to the spillover demographics from the surrounding neighbourhoods

Sure it will be a 红 place

But to say that the quality is similar to Mont Kiara is a damn joke

Yes in the end, it’s really up to the individual, if they really like the place then by all means

We are just stating what we perceive and you don’t have to take it too seriously (We have our own biases and likes and dislikes anyway)
