Funny how agents are comparing and saying this is the new Mont Kiara

Demographics wise already night and day

I kinda kesian the current buyers for Bukit Jalil

This is definitely the worst time to buy a property there

Super premium price and condos spouting everywhere

Look at the latest Malton launch, insanely overpriced

China people and many ah beng and ah lien from surrounding neighbourhoods

Personally I also don’t quite like the location

Sandwiched between Puchong, Sri Kembangan, Old Klang Road and OUG

All the surrounding neighbourhoods also not my cup of tea 😅 so it’s only natural that I don’t quite like this area as well, due to the spillover demographics from the surrounding neighbourhoods

Sure it will be a 红 place

But to say that the quality is similar to Mont Kiara is a damn joke

Yes in the end, it’s really up to the individual, if they really like the place then by all means

We are just stating what we perceive and you don’t have to take it too seriously (We have our own biases and likes and dislikes anyway)

As the saying goes, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure
