Gomen fail raykat again

meanwhile

everyday make alot of noise , Ringgit very strong

...bla bla bla...

so many suggestion how to keep tabs on medical costs in a aging society, but gomen very strongly don't want to listen

real bunch of donkeys.

on the other hand

MBSB Research says strong stock buy for healthcare because revenue projected to go up up up . Tqvm , please buy more and give us sales service income.

Next few days, EPF projected to go up because investment in healthcare companies is giving good returns.

Then next few days, some research body is going to say consumer spending go up up up , so please buy more stock

Then next few weeks, some research body is going to say EPF unsustainable due to inflation, so they should constrain returns to payers.

---

in summary, raykat kena bungkus by all party, esp. pro-big business gomen.

Do you think regulated by BNM ia a big deal šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø most of the time BNM is under the direction now of the useless BMX who only acts when his position is being threatened by the ppl sentiments

Otherwise is business as usual for insurance companies who just playing along the rules to appease the govt

Insurance should be regulated by a bipartisan parties instead

LOL, you go see other countries lah

Compared to other countries, we can be considered as heavily regulated

There won't be a scenario where no one don't buy insurance. However, if there are less people buying, the premium will also be even higher as insurance is a pool to spread risk. If the Malaysian market become not attractive, the big foreign insurers will withdraw from our market. What do you think will happen?

That's not how the world work lah. Are you so naive?

Go read why insurance industry are important to a country and how their existence contribute to a country. Even a country like China has insurance companies.

When you're sick, you cannot don't go see doc. The demand will always be there for private hospitals like insurance. Even if people don't go, where do they think they can go? Government hospitals? Our government hospitals are already running at maximum capacity.

eventually our gomen healthcare system will also move to a mandatory insurance paid in scheme like singapore and germany, maybe even UK like NHS. that time everyone has to pay into an insurance pool.

do you think private hospitals are going to accept this laying down doing nothing? if for example a certain diagnosis drg weight translated into for example rm4200, no matter how much wastage of medication and/or medical supplies, the same diagnosis will carry the same drg weight and will be used in this fixed drg payment system that kkm impose on them next year. its great for m40 who wants private hospital care, but its probably going to be bad for private hospital industry
