maybe u should try to contact their customer service again?or call to 123 ? and get a report number for this case.

p/s: I just take a glace of the Extra Plan(with 365 validity) to Red Plan one, the validity was changed and append 30days ,on the top of original expire date. so, no validity problem in this specific example.
But the problem is, the Red plan don't have 365 validity, will still cause some hassle later. I should had changed the plan myself to Pantas, b4 the force upgrade happen, that would save me alotx of trouble.
