Their system has priority number. So still need to get it from their counter. The branch that I went implemented this recently. Though they know me but on the safe side just get the PB number. Yesterday I jumped queue and one lady was not happy and asked the counter why I was ahead of her despite she was earlier than me. That is the usefulness of being PB.

But if they know u, u may not need to do that.

HL wise, I just jump to the PB line or they will just ask me to wait as they know me.

HL I would just inform the PB counter and no need to stand behind the line, lazy to stand lah.

OCBC leng lui is famous in few towns !

UOB PB can sit down, someone serve u coffee then do banking business !

Oh, they did not come and ask u ? In Citibank, OCBC and even UOB, the staff would come and ask u, what do u want. Coffee, tea or water.

Those PB branch where there is Ah Mah one, u cannot prepare your own. CB one even have notice saying please ask for assistance. UOB, OCBC, SCB same. Though UOB non PB has one machine which is open to all customers.

Ya, my PB experience with UOB, CB, OCBC, SCB are good. CIMB, HL, AmBank, RHB, BR PB centers are not within reach of my normal banking area. But with PB status helps to speed up things. No complain on PB experience either.

I do not join because of need to join as PB.

Yes, WMC can and AmBank VI and WMC are good ones for PPL access.

As far as I know, Citigold, UOB u can enter their PB lounge and recognised as PB members in other countries. OCBC wise likely to be the same.

Hahaha, my MBB Premier has been in/out balance of down to some ringgits. Never receive any letter. Still their Premier customer.

Not always, but sometimes below 250k for 1 to 2 yrs, nothing happens.

Still has one MBB OLD Private Banking card but expired. Never go to change to new card.

Hahaha, that was long time ago. I am no way near Private Banking customer of any bank.

I think MBB has changed the requirements of Private, Premier, Aspire some time ago. So I got the expired Private Banking card, but now tagged as Premier only.

Not only that, at times NOT meeting the Premier requirement !
