I had the same request 2 months back, it took over a month to get it done. Same thing, initially said 4 working days, then called them back up to ask for updates, in the end about 5 weeks before they set the appointment to change the router.Now already 22 October no Maxis representative contact me about transfer request, when ask to astro the request is still pending.

Keep track of the customer service rep name, after 2 weeks filled a report saying no updates and take note of the case number. Next time when contacting them again, quote the case number so they dont go around in circles asking the same questions.
