I had the same request 2 months back, it took over a month to get it done. Possible if I report to any agency about slowness of the service?Keep track of the customer service rep name, after 2 weeks filled a report saying no updates and take note of the case number. Next time when contacting them again, quote the case number so they dont go around in circles asking the same questions.
