bad experience in TGV!
once in Gurney Drive Penang - the characters in the movie is headless because they did not adjust the projector thingy properly, I tot it they would realise and adjust that shortly afterwards, however they did not until I went out personally and complain! Even that, they took another 10 minutes to adjust it. So basically I did not enjoy the first half of the movie!

another time in One Utama.
some technical error or black out.. the movie was delayed for about 30-45 minutes.. everybody just waited in the cinema with lights on and blank screen.

oh issit? lol.. then maybe it's GSC oops..
i only remember the lighting was all blue
anyway, I only go cineleisure nowadays.. never had any problem and comfortable seats =D
