Police says kl in "full lockdown" for that period, but i've got IJN appointment on that thursday.
Are those roads closed indefinitely the entire summit? Or just closed for brief periods?
I'll be coming from kajang fyi.

List of KL road closures: https://says.com/my/news/these-kl-roads-int...th-asean-summitSince Jln Tun Razak is on that list, plan yr route to avoid it. https://www.google.com/maps/@3.1704274,101....SoASAFQAw%3D%3DFWIW, maybe the hotline number can help: Hotline Kuala Lumpur Command & Control Centre (KLCCC) DBKL 03 - 8947 4002 Did TS try contacting the IJN to seek advice on getting there?
