Wow..deja vu indeed. I never thought about the timing until this very morning when a van stopped at the housing roadside and picked up a school kid , when I was driving home after dropping off my kids.

Then I wondered which poor students must wait earlier than other students becoz thats the timing the van is taking to optimize the route. sure some kids must wait at 6am while others can sleep 40min longer and wait at 6.40am for van to arrive.
