Your mistake was going back to Proton for the minor paintwork job. They probably sent it out to a crony subcontractor who did a shitty job.

Keep complaining and keep escalating to higher positions (Proton HQ) until they fix the problems. Then ONLY send back to 4S for the warranty service. Never go back for other issues.
