Any MyPass50 users know how to get the transaction history for each tap in and out of Rapid KL service?

Also, are you using MyPass50 and this Tng allow you to see each check in/out in LRT station?

Yes, I am using the RM50 monthly pass on my IC, and my TNG apps I did register my IC in it since the IC has TNG in it. But I believe the problem of using IC did slow down the history of check in/out, the SS I showed above only showed latest last week, by right yesterday's should show as well.

Maybe because the IC TNG isn't enhanced card version that's why won't show the latest history (and also balance, since the card did show disclaimer will only show any reload effect up to 24hrs)

Start from main page:
Card -> TNG Card -> at the "transactions history" near the bottom, click "see all" -> Select the appropriate TNG card, then go to Card section instead of eWallet

Thank you for your detailed explanation.

I just registered my IC yesterday in my TnG. Hopefully will see the check in and out in the coming week instead of the reload and reload fee charged like what I am having now.

I think these transaction you are showing is for Rapid KL bus on My50 Pass. If I am not mistaken, rides on trains (LRT/MRT/Monorail) will not show on My50 Pass in your e-wallet or TnG portal.

Yeah now that you mentioned it, the transactions made were for buses but not for train sweat.gif just cross checked with my Google maps timeline, I rode 2 buses that day because I went somewhere else

For buses they usually deduct RM3, then have to tap back when exiting else you will be charged the full RM3. I guess the transactions for trains will not be shown since when go in and out it just checks for expiry date of the pass?

i did once. you can write to them or ask the counter person if you think you have been wrongly charged..

the list i got was every station i tapped in and out....

I need the record for my company traveling claim.

Which email address do you write in to request the record or is the counter able to print the daily tap in/out?
