Anyone that received the 3rd email from CelcomDigi this week in regard to their Pre Order having shipping updates from Line Clear Express and it is still stuck at “ Awaiting Shipment Handover at DPUC ( PUCHONG )”

After a long back-and-forth with CelcomDigi, my pre-ordered device finally got to me today. But not without drama…

The tracking portal https://csp.mmag.com.my/ updated with a new number, supposedly under Line Clear, but it turned out the actual courier was GDEX. The portal still shows “Courier: Line Clear Express & Logistics” even now.

Luckily, I spotted the mismatch, called GDEX this morning, and arranged for self-collection — otherwise who knows how long it would’ve been stuck.

All this hassle just to get something I’ve already paid and contracted for. you can do better than this!
