it's very normal to have more than 1 round of interview for banks

some MNC, got more than 5 interviews when your role is supporting regional teams.

most important is the interview was productive and did not feel like a waste of time with the questions being asked.

I got 3 rounds, +many exam.. I still go through.. 6 months.. but not manager .. padahalnya cuma potato..

Do expect more than 2, if you're trying to work in MNC. Why are you concerned about it? Did you try to cheat your way? Haha.

If not mandatory, means U remain in present position .🤣

I’m just curious why they bring a contract staff interviewing me. I thought will be another head or director interview me

Likely you will be dealing wit him. If you feel uncomfortable talkin to him during the interview, likely he's not easy to deal with. Haha

The contract staff is more likely a senior ex-employee where the bank cannot letgo after mandatory retirement age due to his vast experienced in the bank.

The bank can only cont to 'employed' him under contract.

More likely, U will be reporting to him. Don't lansi later ya when u join the bank. Your confirmation will depend on him. 🤑

His opinion or short listing on the candidate carry some weight, more importantly if the candidate is going to work with him.

Your eventual downfall is your ego ... why question who interview U ? Is the bank prerogative who is the interviewer. Your only concern is how to impressed the interviewer with answers.

The one way you can get only 1 interview is if you have good connection with owners of the company. It’s their company and they can do whatever they like

Of course totally not mandatory, see how much you value the prospective role only. Fyi I kucimiao role also 2 rounds.
