Ayam thanks PM for RM100

Ayam bought some Maggi ayam ytd and got some idea

First ayam toasted some mushroom, when it get brown ayam put couple ulas chopped garlic. Set aside.

Then ayam form a roux by mixing 1:1 butter and flour. I ayam slowly kacau in shape of 8. When it looks cooked enough ayam put in perencah Maggi.

Ayam then put some leftover stock from ytd and mix it throughly, forming a thick paste. Depending on your taste water it down slightly. Then put in some milk I bought with PM’s pocket money. I finish the dish by dripping in half tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

For me, the simplest form of dry noodle recipe is tossing with garlic oil and soya sauce/dark sauce mix.  Add some vege for fibres and eggs for protein.  Takes less than 20 mins to prepare .
