nice photos! but haiyaaa....only 1 stick of RAM. Maybe the user'll install a 2nd matched stick later on to benefit from dual channel.

For ddr5, I recommend buying ram in one go following qvl. You might not get the same batch if buy later.

That is correct. Am planning to snap together a non-gaming workstation for simulation and modelling using MATLAB and Simulink. Wanna max out the number of MATLAB workers to the max number of physical cores on the processor. Gonna need lots of DDR 5 and figure out how the Parallel Computing Toolbox works with performance and efficiency cores. MATLAB supports Nvidia CUDA code...so I dunno if I wanna toss in an RTX 5080/90 rclxub.gif sweat.gif

Later the ram stick change revision with same model number will have issue activating xmp

Yes that is a real risk. System instability can happen too. For my upcoming workstation build, system stability at speed is an absolute must-have. Will definitely get quality matched-RAM. Don't wanna wait 3-6 hrs for a simulation to run only to come back and find out it crashed....that can make me go botak and age very fast!
