This is the real reason. Deep cleaning only help for 6 months then the drainage outlet would clog with gel and drainline will overflow. Just find this outlet n blow the gel off n leaking would stop for few months, repeat.And there is standing water in the drainline and the bacteria grow hence the gel like substance

I suspect the installation was purposely wrongly tilted. So b4 installation make sure to tell installer to show u the tilting with a meter.
