Soalnya, SOP ni langsung tak bertimbang rasa ke? Ini bukan kereta penjenayah. Bukan kereta dadah. Ini kereta keluarga, kereta arwah suami yang saya gunakan untuk hantar 4 orang anak kecil ke sekolah, untuk berniaga, untuk urusan hidup seharian.
Saya memang betul-betul tertekan. Hidup makin susah tanpa kenderaan utama. Jpj Pahang, tolong Bertimbang rasalah. ke semua pegawai hanya tahu ikut SOP membuta tuli macam robot?
saya berdoa yang susah kan urusan saya nak ambil balik hak saya n anak2 dgn alasan sop ni semoga anak isteri dia rasa balik satu masa nanti apa yang saya rasa.

She sendiri kata jpj suruh bawa geran kereta kalau nak claim. But she didn't even mention anything about her bringing geran kereta when wanna collect. Only mention roadtax dah ada, kereta dah habis bayar tapi jpj tak mau lepas. Hence, JPJ is at the right to withhold the car, since you have no proof you own the car, since the owner passed away. And you didn't show any evidence that you are pentadbir aset si mati. If release the car and it is kereta curi or kereta sambung bayar ke, since road tax pun tak bayar, entah berapa lama sudah tak bayar. Haaaaa..Play victim much?
