Usually ppl no roadtax cause they cannot afford the insurance.

Only mention roadtax dah ada, kereta dah habis bayar tapi jpj tak mau lepas. Hence, JPJ is at the right to withhold the car, since you have no proof you own the car, since the owner passed away. And you didn't show any evidence that you are pentadbir aset si mati. If release the car and it is kereta curi or kereta sambung bayar ke, since road tax pun tak bayar, entah berapa lama sudah tak bayar. Haaaaa..Play victim much?
