Ok if actual natural herbs. If no ingredient list, good luck lol. Nowadays can't be too sure if TCM meds are actual unadulterated stuff

Yes. Normally, they will put a lot a lot of bottle herbs powder at reception counter there or beside him when checking patients.
U can ask , take the bottle and see. From taiwan, good grade herbs. Normally they mix few item into 1 bottle for 1 week or 2 week

Only safe if from reputable ones...

Otherwise...it is like eating poison laced with toxins...

TCm will mix themself and put into 1 bottle for you. Either for 1 week or 2 weeks. Give their own measure spoon. Take how many spoon…according to their instructions like 2 spoon at morning and night.

Tcm is for prevention…..is good for health, it slowly cure the problem….good for young people….slow outcome…but better than chemical medicine from western. Herbs is always the first choice…..

A lot of TCM have heavy metal contamination. If they source their herbs from China, you won't know how clean or safe it is. It's a gamble.

TCM powder is mostly from plants. 100x safer than your preservative, coloring, corn syrup, additive...

Tcm is my main source of med. Health tip top, maybe better than you and those on forever pills. Kidney good too.

Tcm knowledge is dated centuries ago. Ingredient is healthy as well. Follow the instructions, and if you don't follow right dosage, thats your problem. The same we don't mock western science when people OD themselves. Don't even say if it's come dodgy source. Who in their right mind source from dodge source.

You call western science 200 years of knowledge. Forgetting tcm over centuries.. you think it only exists yesterday? You think anyone can be tcm doctor? They also go years of training.

Eastern med also to balance the overall body. Western med to cover the symptoms. Two different approach to body. Tell me tell me. What have modern pills solved today? They only hide symptoms while create side effects that are bad long term. That's why our pharma stock is Uuu and capitalist can't wait for the next slimming, cholesterol, BP, diabetes pill. Why? Because it solves the underlying issue? Should I even start with the science of food today with all the shitty ingredients we have in our food? That's science tek too.

That's my take on tcm. Agree to disagree.

Everything with tcm is based on assertions, not evidence. "Balance body" "Restore chi" "Remove heatiness". It doesn't even have any concept of germ theory. Bacteria and viruses don't exist in tcm.

Sorry but thats not good enough for me to start ingesting random powders into my body.

TCM sinseh is like a super doctor. Forget visiting eye specialist, heart specialist, etc ...just visit tcm sinseh for your ailments and he knows how to cure everything without doing any blood test or imaging tests.

His medicine is lagi powerful - only he knows what he put inside.

I'm not going to dispute the knowledge from long ago, I am only going to dispute the credibility and efficacy of all those ingredients because to be honest, TCM is trial and error. They can go for training, have a good source of ingredients, but god forbid your body is unique and has different interactions compared to everyone else because of some underlying condition no one knows.

That's why most people who go for TCM will also go to gov/private hospital. Otherwise hospitals here already kaput while the sinseh make $$$. It's supposed to be complementary, and it if works for you, all the better.

Science is constantly evolving and medicine is consistently progressing, but it's not immediate. Anything consumed by the body will take time to break down and work, poisons just act faster.

Anything medicinal have some sort of active ingredient or mechanism of action to explain how it would work to benefit you when ingested. Without knowing what kind of herb you take, can't tell if its good or bad.

If unfortunately later you have kidney issue and go see a Western doctor, one of the 1st question you will be asked is, did you take any TCM herbs?

Not to say all TCM herb damage kidney but unfortunately, unless you can tell which particular herb, nobody can answer the question.

Not much experience with using TCM except for their ubat sakit perut pil chi kit teck aub which works for me for mild stomach discomfort.

Those TCM sold in pharmacy are ok to consume in small quantity. It has been approved by moh on shelves for sale to public.

Those that are concocted by sinseh according to illness ... that has to be careful. Know your body signal after consuming.

Western and TCM are to cure the initial 'pain'. To regain long term health, go back to natural food.

Western medicine usually will have clear info on what effect it have on kidney. You seen such info on herbal medicine. You only born yesterday? Here is an example...

The label said so ...so U eat or not ? 🤣

It tells you to go ask a doctor. They will have far more info like whether to reduce dose or not etc. You know what's doctor?

so you never see doctor in your life? Do you know what doctor are for? Or you prefer to live in cave and away from modern civilization? You use handphone or not? You know it emits radiation?

When it comes to these sort of NSAID painkiller and you have kidney problem, no doctor will prescribe these to you.

Reduce dose or other prescriptions doesn't mean don't affect the kidney !

When U have kidney problem later, Dr long long retired.

With western medicine, they will usually give you data detail about effect on kidney.

With Chinese herb, you rarely see such info. Know the difference?

Western killed U indirectly.

TCM killed U immediate.

Many people have the wrong idea herb are safe.

Many of the vege and fruits sold are also not suitable for certain people to consumed. One won't die but suffer the pain. That itself tells that the body cannot accept it

As I said earlier, know own body signal when consuming western or TCM. Is only for the initial pain.
