Can you post your speedtest screenshot?
If it works in Router mode but not Bridge mode, it cannot be the cable anymore.

Sounds very much like the D-Link firmware bug where the speed is crippled when running in Bridge mode.

If you have a dumb ONU like Huawei or ZTE, use that instead of ONR.

Request for a technician and get him to change a different brand of ONR + setup in bridge mode

You don't need the TM firmware. Just copy the PLOAM password over.
Then copy all the TM VOIP configuration and the password and the phone should work too

Really? But why? TM don't use any proprietary OMCI.
Time have some kind of secret sauce in the ONT as well?
