Go complaint it over MCMC or CFM, after it they will fix your problem as soon as possible. You complaint over them better than you call those noob, just do it don't wait anymore.

I didn't get any call from MCMC but i do get a call from CFM, anyway they won't talk like "Pro" but they will help you settle your case, it really usefull. If you guys fed up with those noob and they ignore fix for you or talk lots of rubbish it's time you guys call/mail them up. Last time i mail them then within 1 or 2 days those noob fixed my problem, those noob just scare of MCMC and CFM. When they get presure from them they sure will fix your problem as soon as possible.
