what i'm thinking is the customer service's staff over there is always telling lie and cover something.

as i'm last time call them asking why my line always dc and cant reconnect back in a short of period.then the girl there tell a lot of rubbish like connect the line to modem directly to modem and try to reconnect using my router, then the line can be use again and never made any adjustment on it~

Sometimes i think tat, this company only will do their job after u complain.what a worst worst worst service provider.
