literally this. Most Malaysian wont bother to go out of their way to make an official complain. They rather sit back tok kok in kopitiam kutuk government, bring racial element into the issue then satisfy their own confirmation bias instead.

My experience with making official complain 100% they respond to me and solve the problem. I admit it's less than 10 times in my life time la, but i always end up receiving proper response especially when it's an issue with government entity.

IMO the worst offender is type C ppl. 99.99% wont make official complain, it's worse when they justify doing nothing and bring out the golden phrase "aiyaa gov wont do anything 1 la, they wont dare to do xyz cos it's Malay breaking rule. Government tutup mata bro."

When the last time u purposely check if everything in ur house is proper?

Diam 7 la if u never do all that but expect bandaraya ppl to "drive around find things to repair"
