i'm actually not sure why people need to make official complaint only they start taking action
i mean are they the same as JKR?...which are both blind?

for JKR, do they not drive/ride around everyday to see the pothole?
same for majilis....they don't go home to see all these illegally extended house?  

so blind until need people to lodge complain with PICTURE ATTACHED only they saw?....i'm even pretty sure they live just next block
