An iPad is not serviceable not repairable. If the battery kaput, that's it. I've several in the store room awaiting disposal.

dont buy fancy gadget, i tried but really troublesome. i use the normal laptop with number pad easy for me to amend slide and excel working

Mine used daily for 7-8 years straight.

When kaput, the battery will be bloated and eventually put pressure on the display. The display will crack opening opening. That's it is truly not serviceable compared to MBA.

If u looking for at least 10 years usage, opt for the MBA. Once it finally goes outdated, buy another.
