Can’t find a new place, kids need to go to school, racism, got scammed by a friend 💰…
You name it, they’ve said it — anything but actually moving out.
But rent owed is still the fact.
Landlords also have mortgages to pay, families to support, life isn’t easy for them either.

We obtained a court eviction order — not to be heartless,
but to help the landlord take back their own property.
We still gave the tenants one more month to find a new place and move out…
at least giving them some buffer time, while helping the owner regain their rightful property.

Seeing the landlord’s home ruined like this was truly heartbreaking 💔

When I handed the keys back to the landlord that day, it felt like a battle had finally ended 😂

I’m not here to make a big scene; I just believe a landlord’s home should never be occupied and destroyed like this.

Financially and emotionally damage. Also all time/hassle running up and down to court/lawyer office and relevant department.

Took few months/years and when finally get back the property, it got trashed by this scums.

Best paymaster actually foreigners, Bangla in particular.
Other puak also got owe rent and no money pay, but they rarely make a scene like pusing pusing, ugut ugut like thugs and lagi mau LCLY.

By LAW cannot, scared the scums tenant sue back for privacy breach. Since the landlord already engage a lawyer, just let the professional handle it.
