owner since inside own unit. location is very jam and hard to go anywhere with the traffic.

salty air ... throat always itchy and everything spoils fast. even the wooden floor will pop up or decay. have seen the condos next to this. really in bad condition as everything rosak bcse next to sea.

A real sea view is house on top of hill,facing sea . Itu baru tahan lama. If not sea salt will decay the house .

This side sea view is of Pek Hoi, not much to see.
Hilltop villa in Bungah or Ferringhi is better view and buy.

Foreigners also know what to buy for investment. 10m can buy 10 biji rumah rm800k and still have balance.

As for their own stay .....they prefer rent even though rm20k per month for fully furnished bungalow.

Well, when we do business, its always simply priced first with delusions that a richer waterfish will buy sooner or later.

Meanwhile, the developer that sold those properties at 50% lower initial price are smiling with whichever minister that supported/approved the project, rinse and repeat.

To us, pride and profit is more important than relief and comfort, hence even to bankruptcy also not an issue, as being under tremendous shortcomings only we have the motivation to work our ass off on our next simply raise price project or die trying.

Also, that state ain't called a scam HQ for nothing.

Errr for those super rich ,they wanted the view and peaceful sorrounding . Hong Kong atas people most also build their house on hill side .for them properties price is not revelant

Btw nowadays building a apartment and condos on hillside is kacang ....happening all around Malaysia .

Not really. With current technology, its actually quite safe hilly areas has solid rock layers.

The problem is usually the logistics and cost to build buildings on hilly areas.

This area not tsunami prone mind you but that foul smell of the stagnant sea around the bridge is the worst especially at night. Penang eventhough an island, the area where the sea is with clear water almost non existence.

No point buying beachfront house when the beach cant even be used for water activities like swimming.

Beach areas that are swimmable like batu feringgi already dirty and cloudy, further up teluk bahang all around to balik pulau and back to gertak sanggul are all tsunami proned.

Usually i go to Pulau Payar for snorkeling.

Were you alive during the 80s where water in b. Feringhi was still clear? But the dungu developers have destroyed this heritage forever. I was in Payar even before u heard about it.

Swan from Springtide to Chinese Swimming Club beach in the 70s. Now you can't swim anywhere due to jellyfishes.

Worse pollution happens at eastern shore of Jerejak where fish farms discharge their waste daily and the tides bring it towards the bridge and Light Collection 😅
