A real sea view is house on top of hill,facing sea . Itu baru tahan lama. If not sea salt will decay the house .

If the foundation is properly done ,no issues staying on hill side.

Foreigners also know what to buy for investment. 10m can buy 10 biji rumah rm800k and still have balance.

As for their own stay .....they prefer rent even though rm20k per month for fully furnished bungalow.

Errr for those super rich ,they wanted the view and peaceful sorrounding . Hong Kong atas people most also build their house on hill side .for them properties price is not revelant

Btw nowadays building a apartment and condos on hillside is kacang ....happening all around Malaysia .

Ccp or hk won't buy .....
Atas people want atas people standard.( They want whole zone atas people staying)

That place all combined atas people + middle income people .

Front Bangalow , rear left right all condos /apartment.no privacy as they can look below .
