Why take unnecessary risk when buying prop? I knew because I used to live at hill top prop.

Foreigners also know what to buy for investment. 10m can buy 10 biji rumah rm800k and still have balance.

As for their own stay .....they prefer rent even though rm20k per month for fully furnished bungalow.

Well, when we do business, its always simply priced first with delusions that a richer waterfish will buy sooner or later.

Meanwhile, the developer that sold those properties at 50% lower initial price are smiling with whichever minister that supported/approved the project, rinse and repeat.

To us, pride and profit is more important than relief and comfort, hence even to bankruptcy also not an issue, as being under tremendous shortcomings only we have the motivation to work our ass off on our next simply raise price project or die trying.

Also, that state ain't called a scam HQ for nothing.

Errr for those super rich ,they wanted the view and peaceful sorrounding . Hong Kong atas people most also build their house on hill side .for them properties price is not revelant

Btw nowadays building a apartment and condos on hillside is kacang ....happening all around Malaysia .
