This early morning I tried to purchase tickets from China airline, my CC (Hong Leong) terus blocked the transaction and deactivated my card. Since it was past mid night, takda orang could reactivate my CC, so had to use wise debit card to purchase the tickets.

Last month I could purchase tickets from Shenzhen airline no problem (same price) using the same CC, also past mid night. Don't know why China airline triggered the bank.

No need to use a virtual CC with Google/Samsung/apple pay. They will use a generated virtual CC on the fly. If buy stuff online and they support Google pay, I will choose this option since they won't know my main card number.
