Haha bro I just won a battle againts the pigeon that made the drain pipe above my AC split unit their home, before they came it was spotless, after 2 weeks it got so dirty with poo and made me so pissed. Its above the condo void area.

at first I tried to lastik them with paper bullets, manage to hit one but missed alot. I found the most effective method accidentally using nerf gun and soapy water.

So every night when they start chilling at that area, I attacked the pigeon with my kids nerf gun. I did these for two nights, they haven't come back for months now hahaha
Basically you should drive them away when there are chilling in the area, I think they somehow remember it and never comes back.
