Im facing the same problem. I have put metal spikes (dont use the plastic ones) and it helps but it depends on your situation. For AC ledges maybe install anti-bird nets (find in shopee).
Ive seen both indians and indonesians feeding them on a daily basis. I feel like buying those big pop pop fireworks and throw one in the middle of the feeding ground.
