TS, just observe how she dresses when she go out to meet them and decide for yourself what is her intention.

Discuss with her, how her actions make you feel.
Ask her to evaluate or tell you why she do what she do.

She's missing something in the marriage? Looking for more freedom? How can you fill in the gap? But remember sometimes you cannot be everything and it's okay.

Look for a way out, either both party tone down or find a compromise everyone agrees on. This is the fundamentals of marriage. Open communication.
