There is no commercial at Aster side of things...
Even for Connaught One as off now nothing really there... Some agent selling point is Maxim's convenience beside only, but due to land profile it's not exactly easy to get over...
But some buyer just see google map, draw straight line, then make conclusion both project side by side

if you have commercial in aster it will be very llow standard. malaysia not like hong kong or sg, people rather go 99 ong place then walk at own condo mall.
