is there any place i can rate a contractor?

hired a guy to do renovation, he did half way then run liao. really call also he wont pick up.
since not super large amount i also malas to chase him. we didnt pay in full anyway.
i googled his phone number and it leads me to a facebook post where others also have same experience with him, do halfway havent finish then run.
but i want to make sure others dont fall for his trick again. is there like a website like yelp or google review where we can rate contractors?
