since not super large amount i also malas to chase him. we didnt pay in full anyway.

i googled his phone number and it leads me to a facebook post where others also have same experience with him, do halfway havent finish then run.

but i want to make sure others dont fall for his trick again. is there like a website like yelp or google review where we can rate contractors?

Is he registered with CIDB? If yes, report to CIDB. If not, then susah lah. u also at wrong for hiring contractor without CIDB
