of course epf easier to liquidate vs properties,mostly these are long terms fr children's uni cost etc /for them to start up their future.

This wrks if u hv up front tht amount of cash i.e 400k now n keep 12 yrs , property have some huge jump here over in Jb since 1-2 yrs ago we r seeing 15%+ at least increments yrly.
So by next yr can sell over 1mils
