Phone subscription? Better report to bank if bank no refund without good explanation oe ability to prove negligence lippt BNM

They are a new initiative by BNM but first move always always call bank.

National Scam Response Center. The shotline is phone number 997. I dunno why the link i share doesn't direct u there but to bnm main page but HLB got some literature.

Dude as I said if the bank can't proof due to your own negligence you should ask BNM to get a refund.

Stolen credentials is a thing involuntary due to system lapses on FI side. Go read up.

BANK ONLY NEED TO PROVE. THE TRANSACTION IS AUTHORIZED DIGITALLY.
You can buy something from a "honest-looking" website, apps.
But your transaction can be disguise as "Pre-auth, Pre-approved transaction" and send to bank.

Which you buy once. but they can use that auth to keep charge payment on your account.

Authorised digitally by who? If someone find a loophole in the banking app or system and execute a script or bug so the onus falls on which party? There is a certain bank where its system.compromised any many users data and perform unauthorised rapid txn . This was not due to user negligence.

In otherhand, certain group are like "white paper" easy target.

Database breach on bank part . Rapid multiple txn in succession involving many customers same time frame. So how bank want to prove Digital and Physical Auth?
