Actually i am Johorean also, just buy few property in KL and Selangor, so very familiar this 2 area. but at KL City indeed now cant use it compare to JB, but the Klang Valley High rise Condo also quite many and over supply, Compare to JB, JB Condo still not that a lot. anyway if u buying for ur own use, good for you, wont be a problem at all

but in future will JB also Grow Population but need take time, what i see the potential at JB CIQ because i know a lot Singaporean will come to JB to buy condo and Goreng the JB Property Price up, so just buy and keep for long term, once the Surrounding CIQ and RTS Area not much land to build high rise, then the price will going up.
