Risk - risk of some congenital defects or heath. can't do much other than pray and regular hralth checks
Responsibility - Need to raise the properly with guidance, love etc
Reward - seeing the grow up as you and your wife age
it's only tight and tough at the early years
after that things get better but you have to save up for their education and your own retirement
