Hi, I'm currently using S25 Ultra and wanted to try Pixel 10 Pro XL. I've been using Samsung since Galaxy S2 and used to One UI. The reason I want to try Pixel phone is want to try stock Android. Im not a gamer, and the phone purely for works i.e. outlook, whatsapp, social media i.e. FB, Instagram & etc. I also tried iPhone 13 pro 3 yearsago and after 3 months, I change back to Samsung due to many limitation.

Now, Is the a good move if I were to move from S25 Ultra to Pixel 10 Pro XL?

Any user that been using S25 Ultra and Pixel 10 Pro XL?

I dont think Pixel is market as Stock Android, it comes with a lot of Pixel exclusive perks like AI and stuff. The experience isn't Vanilla , its not a Nexus phone. Pixel is Picture Excellence, you can expect a very good camera (however some say china phone is better) but what Pixel will give is a unique experience. You wont go wrong with Pixel, I been using pixel 2 to pixel 10. I personally bought 2 pixel 1 (I love it so much) to store unlimited Google Photos data

feels the same just with some extra AI features, so far I havent active my eSim yet i can just give very surface experience for now. from the outside looks the same but the sim tray and speaker layout is different, and the Qi wireless has improved because pixel 6 and 9 I need to lift up a bit only it can charge due to the camera bulge but with pixel 10 it charge without any issue so I am happy with it. oh I like the 100x zoom although AI Is used to enhance it it works well actually

I just find the camera is not optimized yet compare to p7xl? The quality seems abit off and if i use whataapp camera to take a quick snap, it js certainly noticeable compare to p7xl

But the battery life is very very good. No more heat problem until now. My p7xl always get up to 43c during my golf session while this p10 around 34c

does anyone have issue with the measurement app from Google? it stop working even in P9. Otherwise its very good to measure things with the camera

which measurement app? thermometer?

I hope this Pixel 10 can be optimised repeatedly.
I play Shopee Plant. Since switching to this phone, I have found that one of my accounts can hardly get 500 coins per mobile, whereas my old S24+ and even my old Mate 10 can still get these two seeds.

The phone is smooth, but not as smooth as I expected when compared with the S24. The Pixel 10 is my first Pixel; my previous experience was with a Nexus phone when trying plain Android. I am a long-term Samsung user, by the way, and my main phone is still a Samsung.

Either my expectations are too high, or Samsung has improved a lot in recent years.


oh ya, 1 more weakness is. at the same place. samsung show 5g, pixel show 4g. my another iphone 14 show 5g as well. all 3 sim are on 5g data plan from digi.

speaker wise. samsung sound better and clearer.

i have yet to activate the gemini pro. planning to only activate on next Jan, currently already paid for 1 year plan and only expire on Jan.

the Pixel 10 still using Samsung modem, ur s24 is Qualcomm? If both are Samsung then it might be the antenna design

Then long press the Camera icon until it came out "take photo & record video" , use that to take photo will be better quality compared to the quick snap camera.
