My reco... if not going to stay and then best option is do some minor repairs then rent it out. But be warned as landlord if u rent, you need to look to repair if anything happens so if got agent to help you then all the better.

If dun want this headache then just sell it. Because if left vacant too long also will be an issue. Even if money is not an issue just sell. Less headache
