The wrecked condition you mentioned doesn't seem that bad. Toilet not working just call plumber. Wall crack just diy touch up with cement or the plaster wall. Doors replace it.
Then clean up yourself and repaint. 100k is like doing a big renovation. The next person u rent what if wrecked again. U won't be able to earn back. Since u are not short of money, slowly reno yourself then treat it like a holiday home.
