i just inherited a house in puchong , the house is nice and would be a dream to live in but i just google mapped the time taken to reach my work place  a whopping 55min , and the distance is shorter than where i am currently staying (renting ) which only takes 30 min.

and i have to fork out 100k to repair somemore.

i am not willing to sell due to not short on money.

any idea what i can do with it now? the only thing i can think of is to just rent it out. i really hate renting because my dad has rented it out before and the renter wrecked the house (really shocking condition, only 1 working toilet, some doors just came off, cracks everywhere etc etc) , leading to my situation now where i have to fork out money to repair.

But yes, why not just sell it? I know you're not in need of money but you can use that money to invest.

if you pay attention there are fewer and fewer freehold projects in KL , let alone landed.

If you’re in the main Puchong area, Bandar puteri/IOI Mall area, traffic is insane. There’s no Kontra flow to PJ every morning anymore. If your house is deeper in (Puchong utama, meranti), good luck.
Traffic within Puchong on weekends is also super fucked. By 12PM, there’s heavy traffic to leave Puchong.
