Just some places jam, the whole bloody district gets a bad rap.
TS, just sell the house as is where is, and invest the proceeds.

Refinance 300k. Adjust monthly installment 1800.
Fix it to basic livable condition. -30k. Hold cash on hand 270k. Rent out 1800 per month. Pump all into asb, asm, or whatever dividend funds. Enjoy the dividend. |

If you’re in the main Puchong area, Bandar puteri/IOI Mall area, traffic is insane. There’s no Kontra flow to PJ every morning anymore. If your house is deeper in (Puchong utama, meranti), good luck.
Traffic within Puchong on weekends is also super fucked. By 12PM, there’s heavy traffic to leave Puchong. |
