 Maxis Fiber always high ping and packet loss

I complaint many times to Maxis many times, below are the thing they done:
1. reset port.
2. clean up and reset connection from their side.
3. ask TM come change my modem.

But it dint help at all.

Then I try to change my house router and the LAN cable between Modem and Router as well but does not help.
Maxis keep claim their side no problem and unable to identify the root cause why only happen on 2pm to 4pm.

Thinking port to Unifi, not sure will this help. All sifus, any suggestion you guys have?

i have similar case as urs, once raining, my BTU get disconnected. Found out that my cable from outside into my home is bad. The fiber reading was bad ~ 28-30dbM.

After replacing the fiber optic cable, the fiber reading went down to 20dBm and it is currently stable until today.
Maybe you want to check your fiber reading.

I think u better get a fiber optic meter from Shopee/Lazada and monitor it yourself.
