Exism CIQ New Project Causewayz Square is Launching.

the after rebate is start from 633k for 474 Sqft

They have few type and after rebate price as below

1 Bedroom 474 Sqft - 633k
2 Bedroom 667 Sqft - 8xxk
3 Bedroom 850 Sqft - 1 million ++
3 Bedroom Dual Key 850 Sqft - 1 million ++

The Location walking to CIQ is around 11 Minute (i actual walking time, Google is not Accruate), for Future RTS might add on another 5 minute so total is 16 minute to 20 minute depend on you walking speed

Surrounding CIQ Project Like Majestic Gen per sqft is Rm 1250 per sqft, Exism Rm 1320 per sqft, Rnf Phase 3 Rm 1063 per sqft

What do you think? is it Worth to invest in Exism CIQ Project?

3 bedroom whole unit rental is around 3500 only

Ya, Agreed, CIQ Area is too many condo, in 2029 or 2030 rental sure confirm will drop, so the better is buying Dual Key Concept condo, so you rental can split in to Two and also easy to rent out.
