seems good. you will have the opportunity to work in manufacturing plants (structured working place, with shifts and SOPs). predictable work (proactive and preventive maintenance), again, structured. less anxiety. clock in, check maintenance sheet, execute, done, go home, take medicine, rest.
you will spent more time with machines rather than humans (that would help you with your manic/neuroticism).
you will have to work with your hands mostly, so that helps to stop your mind from wondering, 'snowballing effect' that could lead to depression. less thinking, more doing.
