Yeah, I feel the same, but compared to Aurum, this spot’s more convenient as mentioned above. I’d say it’s similar to the Union Suites project for reference.

Yea, like I said with walking distance to Sunway Geo and even Sunway Uni, same like how students now stay at Union Suites. The potential here is definitely higher.
