I just watched Iherng’s new video where he mentioned a future development near Sunway Geo, located opposite Union Suites. Does anyone have more information about this?

this is different location as Sunway Geo, this project beside is low cost apartment and need go sunway geo u need across 1 big road

Been to their sales gallery at Medan Klang Lama 28 but no showroom yet. SA contact : 0169684476 (Caleb) now they have scale model, layout plan & facilities plans.

Actually you can see the Residensi Laguna Price, their Price is Cheap, this Aurum Condo location is very deep, u need pass by Residensi Laguna go futher away then reach the Aurum Condo, i dont think here will have much Capital Appeciate and good ROI Rental.

I think you meant Aurum, but this one looks different. It’s nearer to Sunway Geo (beside the crossroad from LDP to South Quay)

Yeah, I feel the same, but compared to Aurum, this spot’s more convenient as mentioned above. I’d say it’s similar to the Union Suites project for reference.

If this Project Location very Deep and not Convenience to take BRT, why just dont buy a Condo Near USJ 1 and Near BRT for South Quay or USJ 7, that was better choice for renting out to student.

Student normall see Convenience and Easy Accessbility to school, not see the Condo "ADDRESS" at this area u want call it sunway address, but it was far away from Sunway Geo, for me the ADDRESS not very important, the important is

Convenience for Public Transport, Surrounding have Retail Shop or Shopping mall to Makan and buy Grocery.

So for me i defenitely would choose here, i will rather choose near BRT Station Condo to invest.

Yea, like I said with walking distance to Sunway Geo and even Sunway Uni, same like how students now stay at Union Suites. The potential here is definitely higher.
